Requirements:

Passion for helping lead and grow a design-focused architectural practice.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

10+ years of Canadian architectural experience managing projects from concept through construction.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, bylaws, building technology, building envelope systems, and construction materials.

Experience with a range of construction systems, including mass timber, is an asset.

Commitment to sustainable design. Passive House, LEED, Net Zero, or similar experience/certification is an asset.

Proficiency in Vectorworks and/or Revit.

Ability to work full-time in our flexible Vancouver studio.
