Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Intermediate Technologist or Architect to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
There is real potential for growth in the company for the right candidate.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Duties and experience include but are not limited to the following:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2024, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SketchUp. - Proficient in working drawings
- Knowledge of B.C.B.C.
- Familiarity with Tenant Improvement practices considered an asset
- Familiarity with the application process of D.P. and B.P.
- Knowledge of wood, steel and concrete construction
- Concrete Tilt-Up experience is an asset
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional communication
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC
