Organization Description:

LO STUDIO architecture Inc. is a full-service architectural design firm with a portfolio in industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. We also offer interior design that includes many tenant improvements of various sizes and scope of work.

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Intermediate-Senior Technologist or Architect to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

Duties and experience include but are not limited to the following:
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2024, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SketchUp. - Proficient in working drawings;
- Knowledge of LEED would be an asset;
- Knowledge of B.C.B.C.;
- Familiarity with Tenant Improvement practices considered an asset;
- Familiarity with the application process of D.P. and B.P.;
- Knowledge of wood, steel and concrete construction;
- Concrete Tilt-Up experience is an asset;
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team;
- Professional communication;
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines;
- Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC.
