The firm is growing, and we are now seeking talented, dedicated individuals to join our team on existing and upcoming projects including an office tower and hotel, high rise, mid rise and townhouse residential projects as well as and commercial and industrial projects.

Starting Pay Range:
From $65,000 - $100,000 based on experience
Job Description:
Responsibilities/Qualifications Include:
• A degree or diploma in architectural or building technology from an accredited institution
• Minimum three years of work experience; Canadian experience required.
• Experience in preparation of design and construction drawings, as well as documents as directed by Project Managers
• Competence in coordination with design consultants
• Contract administration and Field Review experience is an asset
• Proficiency with Revit
• Familiarity with Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Work closely with the Partner and Senior Project Managers.
• Have exceptional technical, communication and leadership skills.
• Have knowledge of applicable building codes/standards and a proven work history working with construction documents.
• Experience with wood and concrete construction
• Be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have a proven track record of maintaining high quality standards while working to tight deadlines
• Well organized, attention to detail
• Good problem solver who works well under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Have high initiative and be self-motivated.
