Job Description:

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking experienced creative Interior Designers with background working in Architectural Firms on various types of Tenant Improvement projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Interior Designer looking to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.

Qualifications 

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
• Successful completion of NCIDQ and Registration as RID

Responsibilities 

• Manage various Tenant Improvement and Interior Projects
• Work with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals/objectives.
• Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each project
• Prepare compelling and informative presentations
• Prepare 3D modeling during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client.
• Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixture and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project.
• Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentation
• Experience working in Architectural Firms, collaborating with architects throughout the project design and execution
• Participate in design charrettes and peer reviews
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management skills ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining the design and documentation quality
