Job Description:
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience;
– Proficient in VectorWorks or comparable 3D BIM program;
– Special consideration for those with work experience in British Columbia;
– Must reside in Greater Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate;
– Must have working status in Canada;
– Must be a self-motivated team player with excellent time management and positive attitude;
– Have exceptional design skills and a strong critical perspective;
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
– Demonstrate open mindedness and dedication to learning the skills, craft and knowledge to execute the work;
– Ability to work on multiple projects at once under the supervision of the project manager;
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English);
– Excellent technical knowledge including;
– Strong technical knowledge in building detailing;
– Ability to effectively coordinate with consultants;
– Proficiency in VectorWorks (or comparable 3D BIM program) & Adobe Design Suites;
– Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC.
Compensation:
– Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience;
– Extended Health Benefits (health, vision, dental, drug);
– Paid Vacation;
– Gym Membership in office premises.
