Job Description:
- Architectural Technologist degree from an accredited institution.
- 6 years North American experience.
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
- Proficient Revit skills
- Ability to prepare complete drawing packages for permits, tender and construction
- Understanding methods of concrete and steel construction
- Comprehensive understanding of Building Codes and civic planning processes
- Flexibility with tasks and priorities
- Congenial attitude toward co-workers
- Must be registered with the AIBC
