We are a new, bold, and unabashed firm that brings fresh ideas to the architectural community of Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We recently moved into a new, self-built studio space made entirely of dowel-laminated mass timber panels. Our work covers a broad range from single family houses to industrial, commercial and multi-family.

Job Description:

We are seeking an architect to assist us in growing the firm and developing their skills. This full-time role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, which is focused on creativity, customer service, and the execution of a high-quality design. We offer an energetic and collaborative work environment, where every team member has the chance to contribute to all aspects of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design, detailing and documentation on projects, working with the principals, and team members
• Development, management and coordination of construction documentation on projects
• Preparation of client or city project presentations
• Preparation of 3D (Revit) models and renderings for presentation 
• Project management 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Registered with the AIBC
• Lives in greater Vancouver/Fraser Valley
• Strong designer with excellent graphic skills
• Proficient in Revit (is a must!)
• Ability to produce architectural documentation for all project phases.
