Job Description:

This is a senior position for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 15 years of local experience. This role is focused on developing the DP drawing set into BP construction documents and resolving complex details and code issues. Required qualifications:

Thorough understanding of construction details and methods

Advanced Revit skills as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Blue Beam

Strong understanding of BC Building Code, VBBL and NBC

Working knowledge of construction

Focused and a team player

Strong communication skills

Must be registered with the AIBC
