Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Architect with a minimum of five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building codes, regulatory requirements, and construction technologies, along with the ability to work effectively across a variety of project types and scales. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive practice.

Candidates are not required to reside in the Thompson-Okanagan region, as our firm is fully equipped to support remote and hybrid work arrangements. Mandatory Requirements

• Work experience in the following sectors: institutional, education, healthcare, and commercial
• BIM & Autocad experience, demonstrated through completed projects

Additional Assets

• Archicad experience
• French

Responsibilities may include the development of conceptual and contract documents, contract administration, and preparation of tender documents. The candidate will work closely with the Winnipeg office. We currently have a significant number of asset management and maintenance projects for government agencies, as well as schools and universities and banks.
