Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Architect with a minimum of five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building codes, regulatory requirements, and construction technologies, along with the ability to work effectively across a variety of project types and scales. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive practice.
Candidates are not required to reside in the Thompson-Okanagan region, as our firm is fully equipped to support remote and hybrid work arrangements. We welcome applications from qualified professionals across Canada who are excited to contribute to our team and help shape exceptional architectural projects.
Mandatory Requirements
- Work experience in the following sectors: institutional, education, healthcare, and commercial
- BIM & Autocad experience, demonstrated through completed projects

Responsibilities may include the development of conceptual and contract documents, contract administration, and preparation of tender documents. The candidate will work closely with the Winnipeg office. We currently have a significant number of asset management and maintenance projects for government agencies, as well as schools and universities and banks.
