Starting Pay Range:
From $60,000 - $68,000
Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years local architectural office experience, including comprehensive knowledge of wood-frame and concrete construction
• Advanced knowledge of Revit is required, fluency in Sketchup
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills - Experience with preparation of Design development and Building Permit drawings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with preparation of Building Permit and Construction drawings
• Construction Administration experience would be an asset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience
- Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC
