Starting Pay Range:
From $72,000 - $80,000
Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of post-graduate, in-office experience
- 1 year of experience in CD or CA phases
- registration with the AIBC (or immediate eligibility)
- the ability to work well in teams or independently
- strong design skills
- excellent written, verbal, and emotional communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and understand others’ perspectives
- experience with REVIT and Adobe CS
Extra Assets:
- building technology knowledge
- proficiency with Rhino and Grasshopper
- experience with BCBC and City of Vancouver Building By-laws
- experience with Mass Timber and Prefab
- certification with LEED AP and/or Passive House
