Job Description:

NSDA is looking for a talented and motivated team player who is passionate about marketing and communications to join our dynamic and positive team. This role is perfect for someone with drive, integrity, and creativity, ready to contribute to shaping how our practice is seen and to tell our stories about design and culture.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with partners and architectural teams to develop and produce high-quality qualification packages, proposals, presentations, and other written materials in a dynamic environment
  • Identify proposals, review, and take ownership of the proposal process from start to finish
  • Writing content to support the firm’s communications and marketing effort, including but not limited to website copy, social media posts, brochures and press releases.
  • Designing, coordinating with web developers and maintaining the firm’s website
  • Planning and implementing a communications strategy to help achieve organizational goals
  • Remaining up to date on marketing industry trends and share a passion for developing fresh and creative approaches
  • Maintaining and updating database of architectural projects and resource library
  • Providing communication and coordination support for events, external stakeholders and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting in research, development and content preparation for policy documents
  • Developing and implementing branding strategies and managing brand consistency in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat; Microsoft Office Suite; Figma; and WordPress.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision, while meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an interest in design and architecture
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Excellent graphics and communication skills
