Architect / Intern Architect – Grout McTavish Architecture Inc.

Job Description:

We are looking for talented graduate and intermediate intern architects with 5 - 10 years of Canadian or US experience. We believe the right person can play a lead role on our design and working drawing teams for various publicly funded airport, university and mixed-use institutional projects.

The following are some of the professional qualities we seek:
- A self-directed individual with well proven communication and leadership skills
- Record of maintaining high quality standards while working to tight deadlines
- Design and functional planning strengths
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Revit expertise.
- LEED accreditation an asset.
- Familiarity with the National and BC Building code
- Construction administration and detailing experience an asset
- Candidates applying for the Architect or Intern Architect Position must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia.
